Right of Withdrawal (for Digital Services)

Applies to consumers. For business customers, a statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction: refund in SOL to the originally used wallet (refund to source). The EUR amount will be converted into SOL at the exchange rate applicable at the time the original payment was received.

We do not charge any fees of our own. For the refund, we cover the outbound network fee required to process the reimbursement; your refund amount is not reduced. (Network fees you paid on the original payment are third-party fees and are not reimbursed.)

Start During the Withdrawal Period & Value Compensation (Services)

If you requested that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires, your right of withdrawal remains in force until full performance.

If you withdraw before we have fully performed the service, you must pay value compensation for the portion already provided up to the time of withdrawal, calculated proportionally to the agreed total price for the service period.

Your right of withdrawal expires only if we have fully performed the service within the withdrawal period and you previously gave your express consent to early performance and confirmed your knowledge that this may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Legal basis (DE): Sec. 356(4), Sec. 357(8) BGB.

Digital Content (if provided additionally)

If, by way of exception, we provide digital content (not on a tangible medium) separately (e.g., downloads), the right of withdrawal expires upon the start of performance after you have expressly consented to early performance and confirmed your knowledge that this will cause your right of withdrawal to lapse.

Legal basis (DE): Sec. 356(5) BGB.

Statutory Defect Rights Remain Unaffected

Regardless of your right of withdrawal, your statutory rights regarding defects for digital products/services remain unaffected.

Pseudonymous Mapping & Refund (Telegram ID / Tx Hash / Wallet)

We process contracts and refunds on a pseudonymous basis via technical identifiers. To uniquely match your declaration and payments, we require the following details (instead of name/address):

  • Telegram ID (numeric) and Telegram username (if any),
  • Transaction signature (Base58) and, if known, block & timestamp,
  • Sender wallet address,
  • Service description and the dates ordered on / received on.

These fields are marked as “required” in our PDF withdrawal form; without them, unambiguous matching and refund is not possible.

Note: Name/address are not required for matching; the technical identifiers above are decisive. The PDF can be filled in digitally and emailed as an attachment. Please include your Telegram ID in the subject line.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun execution after you

  • explicitly agreed that we may start before the withdrawal period ends, and
  • confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once execution has begun.

For services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service has been fully performed and performance began only after your express consent and your acknowledgment of the possible loss of the right of withdrawal.
