Payment & Compliance - Transparent Payment Policy

This page explains our payment and compliance practice in plain language. The Terms of Service (T&Cs) are always decisive. This page does not modify the T&Cs.

1) Payment method & invoice

Example (illustrative only): Monthly plan €7.90 ⇒ quote yields 0.046000 SOL. Within 5 minutes, pay exactly 0.046000 SOL to the single-use address.

2) Exact match, tolerance, and max-cap

Accepted (exact-only):
Technical positive deviation up to +1.0% or +€1.00 (the lower of the two).
Negative deviation up to −0.5% may be accepted as a courtesy.
No credit (max-cap):
If the payment exceeds the invoice amount by > 5% or > €20.00 (the lower of the two), no credit will be granted (handled under AML/refund rules).

The limits always refer to the invoice amount of the specific order (e.g., monthly plan or annual package). Reference prices/savings are irrelevant for this.

3) Single-use address & reference tag

  • Each order generates a single-use address (HD wallet).
  • For attribution we may require a reference tag (e.g., Solana Pay Reference or Memo, with no personal data). Please copy it as-is.
  • Payments from third-party wallets or without the reference may be delayed or rejected.

4) Overpayment & underpayment

  • Overpayment ≤ tolerance: Treated as fully paid.
  • Overpayment > tolerance: Default = refund to the source wallet. We cover the outbound network fee for the refund; your refund amount is not reduced. Credits only upon explicit request. Subject to AML/sanctions.
  • Exception: For non-attributable/unsolicited payments, unavoidable network fees may be deducted (see T&Cs § 4e).

  • Underpayment > tolerance: Activation only after top-up; otherwise rejected/refunded to the source wallet.
  • Max-cap exceeded: No credit; handled per AML/refund rules.

5) Unsolicited / non-attributable deposits

  • No contract is formed without an attributable order.
  • Refund-only-to-source: Refunds go back to the original source/wallet; no change of destination wallet.
  • Verification: We may require a signed challenge (wallet control).
  • No interest accrues; holding until clarification does not constitute acknowledgement.
  • Reservation: AML/sanctions may exclude refunds (freeze/block/report).

6) Compliance: AML / sanctions screening

  • We use common blockchain analytics and assess transactions/addresses on a risk basis.
  • In elevated-risk cases (e.g., scams, hacks, fencing clusters, sanctions) we may decline, hold, freeze, or refund.
  • No third-party payments: Payments must originate from a wallet controlled by the customer.
  • No payment splitting unless explicitly allowed during checkout.
  • Where legally required, we may inform authorities and refuse payout.

7) Right of withdrawal & refunds

The provisions of the Right of Withdrawal and the T&Cs (§§ 5, 5a) apply. Refunds are generally made in SOL to the source wallet.

8) How to pay correctly (checklist)

  1. Select a plan in Plans & Pricing and start the order.
  2. On the order summary, check: EUR price, SOL amount, quote window (5 min), single-use address, and any reference/memo.
  3. In your wallet, enter the exact SOL amount and the address (and any reference/memo) precisely.
  4. Send the transaction and wait for confirmation.
  5. The bot/service will be activated after receipt.

9) Refunds (Refund in SOL)

  • Refunds are made in SOL to the originally used wallet (refund to source). The decisive amount is the EUR value of the initial payment; it will be converted into SOL at the exchange rate applicable at the time the original payment was received.

  • Blockchain network fees (technically mandatory): For your original payment, you bore the network fee incurred. For the refund, we bear the network fee required to process the reimbursement. These fees are third-party charges of the respective blockchain and are not refundable.

  • No additional merchant fees: We do not charge any service or processing fees of our own beyond the technically unavoidable network fees described above.

  • The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of your withdrawal or refund notice.

FAQ (short)

Why SOL only? Technical stability, low fees, and fast finality suit our bot service.

May I pay from an exchange? Preferably not. Payouts from omnibus addresses cannot be uniquely attributed; may be rejected/held.

What is the reference tag? A non-personal marker (e.g., Solana Pay Reference) so your payment can be matched unambiguously.

What if the rate moves? The checkout quote applies (valid 5 min). After that, you must re-quote.

I sent 1 SOL for €7.90 — now what? That exceeds the max-cap; no credit. We refund to the source wallet, subject to AML/sanctions.
